Canapes is a fun recipe that is very simple to make. The dish can be savored with cold drinks and can make a great evening snack. The crispy snack can be prepared in just under 20 mins.

Red Chilli Powder
Green Chutney (made from Pudina)
Salt to taste
Sweet Imli Chutney
Coriander leaves and sev to garnish
1) Chop two to three boiled potatoes into small pieces, 2 medium-sized tomatoes, and 2 medium-sized onions.
2) Mix all with 1 teaspoon of red Chilli powder 1 teaspoon of Chaat Masala. Add some salt to taste.
3) Put the prepared mixture in the canapes and add 1 teaspoon of imli chutney 1 teaspoon of green chutney in each of the canapes
4) Garnish it with coriander leaves and sev and your canapes are ready to eat.
You can also give the filling of sprouted moong kabuli channa or with boondi raita.
