Vada Pav Recipe

Preparation time 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2 medium-sized boiled potatoes
2 small green chilies chopped
5 to 6 flakes of garlic
1 small piece of ginger
Few curry leaves
1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
Half a teaspoon of asofoedita
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Half a teaspoon garam masala
Salt to taste
Few coriander leaves
Half teaspoon of zeera

For the batter:
Half bowl of besan
Half teaspoon of turmeric powder
Quarter teaspoon of soda bi carbonate
Half teaspoon of chaat masala and salt as per taste

Method:

1) Take a pan put 2 tablespoon of oil when the oil is hot put the mustard seeds then add zeera green chillies ginger garlic asofoedita curry leaves and saute it.then add the mashed potatoes turmeric powder garam masala and salt and saute it for a few minutes

2) Then add coriander and let it cool then make small balls out of it.

3) Then add one by one in the besan batter and fry them and your delicious vadas are ready .then you put them in the middle of the pav and enjoy it with sauce or with green chutney.you can enjoy it hot hot during winter.
