Vegetable Burger Recipe

2 Potatoes
Bread Slice
1/2 teaspoon jeera, salt
2 green chilly s
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Little coriander leaves
Green chutney
Half cabbage
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
2 Cucumbers
2 Cheese cubes
Chat Masala


1. Prepare Aloo Tikkies/Pattice.

2. Then take the burger bread cut it into two halves apply mayonnaise on the inner side on both the halves apply green chutney on both the inner sides, then keep the patties.

3. Put some shredded cabbage over it, a piece of onion,  a slice of tomato .


4. Sprinkle some chaat masala and some grated cheese over it, a slice of cheese can also be kept. then keep the other half of the burger bread.

The delicious yummy burger can be relished with some tomato sauce and soft drinks. It’s a good and healthy snack for kids and guests too.
